Flame Claw Bake Shop 

A sole proprietorship offering custom baked goods to order, Flame Claw Bake Shop is run by Tim. An English teacher by day and a pastry chef by night, Tim's love of baking began early in life. "One of my mom's favorite stories to tell about my baking," he recalled, "was the day I checked out a cookbook from the library and decided to make chocolate truffles all on my own...I was in the first grade."

Proceeds from Flame Claw Bake Shop go to support Tim's Mom, who suffers from a form of muscular dystrophy. Tim and his wife Bonnie care for her, and the money from the shop helps pay for things like wheelchair repairs, accessible transportation, medicine, and medical equipment and care.
